All our Société Boxes are made locally here in Montreal and do not include shipment cost. Shipping is calculated upon your checkout.

All of our products are placed carefully in your luxury and reusable box with no pricing appearing anywhere in or on the box. A handwritten note is included inside the box. Your order is then placed in a recyclable shipping box and will be delivered right to your door. Please note that a signature is required to receive your delivery.

Yes our offices are open for local pick up. You simply need to send us an email at shop@societebox.com to confirm a date and time for local pick up. Please note we do not have a walk-in option and you must order ahead.

We ship all over Canada directly on our website. For international orders, please send us an email at shop@societebox.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 2020-09-01T22:03:13-04:00

When your order is confirmed, please allow 48 hours for preparation of shipment. When your order is shipped, it takes 2-6 days to arrive with standard shipping. Due to Covid-19, delays of up to 10 days may be applicable.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9h00 am to 5h00 pm EST time. Once the order is received it will be shipped within 24 hours. Please note this option is not available on weekends.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations (However, we know you will love it!) If you have a problem with your order, please email us at support@societebox.com.

We try our best to accommodate everyone so simply send us an email with your request at shop@societebox.com. We always recommend same-day shipping for special requests on delivery dates. 

The delivery of the box was unsuccessful. What do I do now? 2020-09-01T22:05:41-04:00

Sometimes, upon checkout, the delivery address may be entered incorrectly. In this case, Canada Post is unable to deliver your order. We will gladly send a new one, however shipping fees are applicable. Please send us an email at support@societebox.com. We are here to help you! 

My order says it was delivered but my recipient never got it. What do I do now?2020-09-01T22:06:17-04:00

Please make sure that the box is not hidden in a backyard or front porch. Please look carefully as it has happened to previous customers. Unfortunately, beyond that there is a rare chance that it may have been stolen or lost. In this scenario, the best option is to file a claim with the carrier. We will also be happy to do this on our end if required.

Yes absolutely! Select the products you wish to include and we will pack it perfectly for you. Don’t worry about the size of the box, it will be automatically chosen upon checkout.

We have 3 sizes available in black or gold. 

Small 9.5” x 9.5” x 4.5”
Medium 12” x 12” x 4.5”
Large 16” x 16” x 4.5”

Yes they all come with a card and you can select which card you would like when checking out.

We work with Canada Post for all Canadian shipments. For international orders, our supplier varies based on the area.

Unfortunately, at the moment this is not possible. For corporate shipping, please email us at support@societebox.com and we will assist you. 

Can we customize our boxes? 

 

Yes we have the option of having your logo or brand on the box. Send us an email with your request at shop@societebox.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
